I liked the call, go for the win.


Only scenario is win. Playoff game in Week 16 with a week to take off if you win. After all the trash talking from the players after the game.. No doubt in mind Bengals will let the Ravens win if it keeps us out the playoffs.

 

This team can beat anybody and look awesome doing it. This team can also lose to anybody and look very bad doing it. I wouldn't be shocked to see us blow the Ravens out. I also wouldn't be surprised if they blew our doors off.

 

I am furious with Iggles! There is Zero chance they try that if they are still in contention!

Well there should be no excuses, we control our own destiny. Again we shot ourselves in the foot too many times today, we won anyway because we got lucky Cincy chocking again. Mistakes is killing us, two steps forward, one step back ...always gotta make it difficult

We'll just let the Chiefs take them out. They played them very tough last year in the playoffs

 

Agreed and whos to say that the bengals wont throw the game to keep the steelers out. Seems like something they'd do.

 

I wouldnt be to quick to have the titans play us in the playoffs, lebeau has their defense playing well and he would love nothing better than to get revenge against us in a playoff game..........

 

Did we watch the same game? I thought that is how we won the game. Didn't we get the lead, stop them, control the line of scrimmage, and run out the clock? (I will give you the too many mistakes part though. I'm still fuming over the I don't even know what you call the play we ran on 3rd and 22 in the first quarter. I may never get over that play...ever!)

 

My main beef is Bens play!! C'mon man!! he was off target all game with passes way to high or to short etc,etc. This is time of year where you've got all that stuff worked out its not!!! Pull that stuff against the Ratturds or playoffs your gonna pay big. Ben throw the ball away!!! before you get plastered and we got to deal.with Jones.

Anybody have the link to that one? FYI, the ESPN one does not work. The NFL.com generator works flawlessly.

It looks like should we lose to Ratbiirds and beat Brownies, the only way in is a three way tie or of course by record at 10-6.

I was wondering the "what ifs" like what if Ben gets dinged against Ratbirds and is out early in the game and we lose, but is ready for playoffs should we get there. So as an insurance policy we should hope KC or Den gets to finish 10-6.

 

I initially felt that way about our play, but today after mulling it over I`m thinking we just outplayed them. We could have scored on our last drive. We could have scored more if we got one or two more TD`s instead of FG`s. Most of all, we kept trying after falling behind instead of mailing it in even though next week means everything.

So, there actually are a couple things to be proud of about in that game. However, I`m hating the penalties.
