haley was there too. i hope it wasn't for cardell jones. we could probably do the whole draft from there.

 

I guess it makes sense. Don't want to pass up a good prospect just because we signed a new FA and have a couple other veterans on the team. I would think Spaeth is somewhat expendable if we were to unexpectedly get Vannett later than advertised.

 

He should be expendable right now, no need for him we have Grimble, Jesse James & Will This is way sufficient back ups. Ladarius signing
made him expendable.

I would say not only is Vannett on the radar but so is Apple, Bell, Lee, Decker and Miller.

 

I was also surprised by the extended drills with Vannett. Thought they'd wait till the 7th or UDFA if they got another TE after signing Green. James, Green and Vannett would be a stellar TE grouping though imo.

They also met 1 on 1 with OT Decker I believe.

Wow..to me, when I see them ALL there like that, they've got something cooking. They're there to see a couple of specific guys who are under serious draft consideration. Apple MUST be one of them.

i think there could be a very good possibility of this, if not a couple of more. powell, perry, lee, miller, decker, marshall<WR-punt returner- similar to a hines ward type, farris, thomas, washington, boran. thats not considering jones and elliot. quite a list of players and positions.
