Well, you have to understand that johnny was born into a wealthy family, he, like his relatives never felt the rule of law applied to them, from bribery to murder charges to DWIs anything goes for them
so being brought up in the lap of luxury johnny has that entitlement syndrome to do whatever he wants to do, even his dad had this to say about Johnny:
