Why?

 

He's certainly been solid everywhere he's been in the waning part of his career but we have a good group already.

 

I'd rather coax Hines out of retirement.

 

I think if there is one spot on the team with great depth it's WR.
I don't think you will see Cotchery back here.
Maybe DHB will be back.
Brown, Bryant, Wheaton, Coates, DHB, then a late draft pick (which currently missing 5th and 7th) or FA Non-drafted guy.
I think is what you will see.

 

They let him walk. I liked him as a player for us. Not coming back. But I hope he wins a ring!

No chance where does he fit in? Coates is gonna be a beast. There is no room for larry fitzgerald on this team.........

 

Cotchery's last two years stat wise has fallen off, he had 1 TD in 2014 and only 3 this year, it's his 12th year in the league and we ran Heinz off when he slowed down, why would we want cotchery back here, it's time for him to retire............

Nope this Team is stacked at the WR and it has some good talent on the practice squad at that position as well ...I actually think the Team should be trying to trade some of that talent to help sure up the defense . We have more talent at the spot than can be used ..

 

Cotchery was one of the few bright spots during our 8-8 runs of '12 and '13. At this point... I'd rather sign DHB than Cotchery. Cotchery has better hands, but Heyward-Bey has more upside, speed, plus he can play special teams. I like the WR corps of Brown, Bryant, Wheaton, Coates and DHB. Steelers should just pick up some undrafted WRs to compete for the practice squad.

Why so they can not throw him the ball? I liked him and they didn't use him the right way or enough. Just like Heath. It's going to be even worse next year Ben eyeing down Brown 20-30 times a game to keep the business boomin.
