NFL sucks...wish I could shake my love for the Steelers and truly walk away, because the game really is horrible.

yeah that pass int call and then waive it off looked awful bad

 

When they picked up that flag det was told you ain't winning this game. 4th down now bet a flag comes out and if it is dropped they will pick it up

 

Total bs when the refs did that, the whole momentum shifted in game.. Det was totaly robbed..

 

No biggie,,Roger has been in hiding since the Rice scandal, this will all blow over before he make his next appearance.

That reminded me of the Polamalu INT call against the Colts back in the day. Sometimes they are so obvious.

The problem is that no one with any input or following will publicly make this claim.

 

Add to that the fact that Dez Bryant was on the field with no helmet arguing the call and didn't get flagged.

 

Yesterday was the first time that I really beleive the fix was in from the NFL. Not just with our game but look at the matchups that they now will have.

I just read that Morelli is the same ref who made the Polamalu 'non INT' call in Indi back in 2006.

 

It's always amazing to me to see the things that people will say to justify a conspiracy theory to themselves. There's a reason most of those QB's are where they are, it's because they are among the best QB's in the league and they'll be in the playoffs basically every year.

 

Still detroit should've won. Rodgers will smash them.

 

....and Pittsburgh is a notoriously good draw. If anything, if there was a conspiracy the NFL would want them playing as late as possible.

Exactly. Pittsburgh is a far better draw than Baltimore is. There's absolutely no reason for the NFL to want Baltimore in the playoffs over us. It makes no sense.

Then there's the issue with conspiracy theories in general, they require too many people to keep quiet, and it only takes 1 person to share the "fix" and then the entire NFL is in more hurt than any sports league in history. There's no conspiracy theory to help any team or another. There's simply human error, nothing more.

 

No, Detroit shouldn't have won. Detroit had a bad call go against them, that doesn't mean they would have won that game. There were a handful of calls that weren't called on Detroit, just like there were a handful that weren't called on Dallas. Detroit could have and should have overcame that 1 bad call, but they couldn't, so they deserved to lose the game. They had every opportunity to put Dallas away and they couldn't do it

That's up to you to decide. All I did was post the refs explanation of what happened. The head linesman felt it wasn't PI. It sure looked like it to me.
