Playoffs Here We Come!!

I was just concerned the NFL f#%$$ up. The playoff machine is messed up. Assuming both Steelers and Ravens finish at 10-6, they'd have 9-5 records in common games so the next tiebreaker is conference record and the Steelers win that one, so they are in.

We've seen the NFL mess up before (Troy's INT in Indy, Bettis call in Detroit)

 

Well you know they could very well have gone 6-10 In all seriousness I think this validates the whole dangerous team to play in the playoffs article. WOOOOOOOOWHOOOOOOOO time to ring that Bell!

 

There's a good chance that the Steelers beating Cincy next week gets the Ravens in the playoffs with a trip to Heinz.

 

if san diego beat the chiefs next week the rats are at home

 

Not if Cincy loses to Denver tomorrow and the Steelers next week and they beat the Browns.

Also combined with Dallas beat Indy today would make the WC game Ravens at Steelers.

My prediction before the season was for the Steelers to go either 10-6 or 11-5, and Las Vegas odds makers had the Steelers win total at 8.5

 

I had the Steelers 10-6 with wild card.. Looks like I might be right .. I would prefer to win the division

I had the Steelers going 11-5 worse case this season and was all over the wins being more than 8.5. The early line on the Bengals game is the Steelers giving 3 points to them. That is a bet I need to jump on heavy. I was expecting the line to be more like 6 points. I didn't bet the Ravens game today but with them losing I feel like I won a lot on that game. That is how much I hate the Ravens.

A few weeks ago we were projected to have a 20% chance of making the playoffs. But it is like the great Lloyd Christmas said "SO YOU'RE TELLIN' ME THERE'S A CHANCE???!!!" LOL!
