I don't expect to see a lot of 2 TE sets this week..Our base will be the 1 RB 1 TE stuff ..The Jets have a good front 7 and a less than Stellar Defensive Backfield. To take advantage of that I fully expect a lot of 3 WR sets .

I think we will use the WR screen game as a good part of our run game I also think we will look to hit Bell and Miller underneath after our WR'S create the needed space .

If we spread them thin the Jets really have no answer . I predict you will see the most 3 WR sets we have run all year and it's exactly the right approach ...

I hope you're right, PWP, but I think we will see a lot of 21 with Spaeth and Heath helping against Wilkerson and Richardson.

It will be good to see is use one of our strengths (WR depth) against their weakness (coverage).

The problem is how well our line stands up to their front 7, though... and that will determine how well any offensive strategy takes shape.

That's true to a point , but we can help our OL by making the DL and LB'S chase the outside screen game , we can also help them with Bell chipping on his way out into a pattern..

Also can slow the OLB play by hitting quick strikes right behind them to the WR'S ...Basically we have so much fire power compared to their coverage it would be crazy not to Attack it and attack it early and often....

I pray we don't come in trying to play safe with tight sets that plays right into their scheme....

This has been my fear this week - that we'll 'outsmart ourselves' and come out with a gameplan of futilely trying to run the ball, when logic dictates that we should air it out as much as possible. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it..."

Is it any better than the Ravens?

I don't see it. I think the familiarity the rats have with us is a big advantage to help slow us down usually. I don't think they were ready for where we seem to be at offensively right now. I think we should max protect early on against the Jets and give our WRs time to exploit their secondary. Then once their front seven starts to wear down we can open it up. Early part of the game is the key they are gonna come out trying to pressure Ben once they see they can't do it they will get discouraged then it will be time to pour it on. Please don't give this team any hope early....don't make them feel they have a chance for too long.

LOL, I admire your faith in DHB getting lots of snaps even if it is misguided. 11 personnel will get AB, Wheaton, Bryant and Moore their snaps and as mentioned we'll plenty of 21 to max protect and also get the running game going. Unlike DHB, Spaeth has earned himself extra snaps.
