    1. Force turnovers, 2+
    2. Limit turnovers, <1
    3. Get pressure, 3+ sacks
    4. Protect Ben, <2 sacks
    5. Limit big plays against (Ike will keep Santonio down) 0 scores over 20 yards
    6. Bell over 100 yards

    continue...

Feeling really good about our chances this week and I have not uttered those words this year EVER.

TP gets at least one interception and Gay ( yes Gay) gets the other

The KEY to victory is our oline versus their Dline.

I thought holmes was out for this one.

mine is bell to the outside, making the young db's move up and taking their front 4 out of it. then we go over the top.

defense keep him in the pocket with no cheap runs for first downs.

of course with our line maybe the strategy is to tire out their front four by rushing and sacking ben.

    Get an early lead.

Tired of seeing us always having to come back from 70 points down.

The key to victory is Ben needs to stop being a turnover machine so the team doesn't have to play from behind.

This is a good point that I did not think of but agree with. The team needs to go out and put 7 on the board and play with a lead. Playing 10 down limits the play calls making the olines job even tougher. It may also cause the other team to take more risks, which could lead to turnovers.

Don't let a rookie QB look like Peyton Manning. Our DEF needs to force some 3 and outs and get their butts off the field. Then lets win time of possession by a wide margin, and let Bell put up some sick fantasy numbers in the 2nd half as the Jets are choking for air. Not that this will happen, but it's my wish nonetheless.

I am so glad to see everyone on this site be SO positive. I, for one, have been a Steelers fan fan for about 37 years. I am sick and tired of everyone predicting doom @ gloom. We Are so spoiled because almost every year we are in the top that we have a couple of down years and all everybody does is whine. Just imagine if you we're a Browns fan........how bad would you feel then? I love the Steelers....always have....always will. Win or lose, they are my team. Instead of being down on them, how about everyone rallying around them? Would that be so hard?

Sorry, rallying around the team isn't going to help them. They have to do it, not us.

Saying what you think the team needs to do to win isn't necessarily rallying around the team. It may sound optimistic, but so is winning.

Leading from the start - well, almost - happened as well.

I think Simms pointed out that the only time we're going to get a pass rush is on 3rd and long. This was the first game we had that chance.
