A good read and it proves to me part of the reason why he made the Team.. You can't Coach speed and figuring out pace is up to the player to do for the most part..

As he says in the Article he is not trying to catch up to the speed of the game , but rather knowing when to use Pace as a RB and as a WR ..

Watching the tape KJ could not use pace as a RB he simply wasn't fast enough .. IMO a big reason Roman is not good as a route runner as a WR is he doesn't really understand pace and how to use it in his route running ..
Eli is better than both of those guys because of his speed and his awareness of the positions..It might not happen this season ,but Steelers fans are going to be very happy with Eli once he puts it all together..
