The steelers record of failure at acquiring and/or developing QB talent not named Ben over the past 20 years is pretty damning, IMO. Hopefully that changes with the new regime. I'll remain bearish until we actually see something different. All that said, I'm doubtful that Rudolph could ever have become a franchise QB or even a legit starter for that matter with a good QB developer and system like it appears to be happening in Pittsburgh now. I just don't think MR has the skills and abilities and never has.

    Hmm.
    Was that what I said??
I believe what I said was Muth caught a pass 5 inches from a TD, and lost yards. Do You think Washington couldn't have scored there??

    Change of heart.
Just last week You said He would play because McCarthy said he would, and I believe you said how else would Rodgers get the practice, or some such thing.

    LoL.
250 Qbs have been drafted in the last 10 years, and because we didn't develop a great one our coaches were stupid. Do You people think before you write, or hear what's coming outta your mouths/fingers.
I would say with 250 Qbs being drafted in the last 10 years, and more than half the league is still looking for a good one, Id gather that many coaches are having trouble developing them.

I believe I said it would be interesting to see who won that battle

I did say if Rodgers played why he would play

    Both are correct

I also don't think Mason would have been a Franchise Caliber QB myself but I also don't think he would have been nearly as bad as he has shown had he had the support that Drew and Will do now. Again though, all speculation and there will never be a correct answer to this. Just feel bad for him is all.

Seems like a good dude overall.
