1. Alan Saunders - Steelers Now - honest and unfiltered.
2. DK - Steelers Now - great assessments and player evaluations.
3. Steelers Almighty - I forget the guys name but he is great at breaking down all 22 especially on oline play.

Bonus - Alex Kozora - Reporting is well thought out and insightful.

Despite the newspaper industry fading, the internet kinda stepped in with things like The Athletic, DKSports, Steelers Depot and so on, which really helped launch a lot of younger generation reporters like Alex Kazora and such.

 

They all can be good as individuals. But there is not one who combines good reporting ability and football knowledge.

I think the young Jack Sparrow is the best on-air talent. Gerry Dulac has the best ties with the franchise , and Bob Labriola is the best pure writer.

yes I forgot about Farabaugh and Chris Carter, I like them both. I like these InternetbPodcasters and YouTubers so much more than the traditional reporters from the Networks. They just feel a lot more authentic and truthful.

Journalism is narcasssitc, performative and, as a consequence, dishonest. Journalism is no longer about trust, respect and integrity. Modern Jounarlism is all about being narcissistic to grow influence while being as self perseving as aggressively possible.


In the end, the general answers that the fans receive are dishonest. Those who are dishonest are not to be trusted. Those who are unworthy of trust must never be respected.
