Coincidentally enough, for me, my floor comp for him is a more athletic Oher.

I was thinking before what happens if Jones has a full recovery and 100% to resume football. Right now without Jones, the line will look like this:

Max • Dunker • Zach • McCormick • Troy

Probably wont start the season that way but I think thats what they envision. Cook probably starts the season and possibly Anderson, too.

But if Jones comes back, wonder how that reshuffles the line. Would they try Jones at guard, having to yet again learn a new position or move Troy or Max and then who gets bumped from guard.

Maybe Jones is used for depth, not like he was lighting it up when he was playing. I think I probably like that best because damn, looking at the line above, I love that the potential there. That could be a kick ass line.

They might, but having a year under his belt on the right side, they may not want to move him but the right side is where Max has played and they might not want to put more on his plate by moving him. We’ll see what they decide.

I remember Rodgers raving about the right side of the line though, I could see them leaving it that way.
