That would be one of the dumbest moves the Steelers could make.

I am against picking DB high that played a cake schedule.

Dude is kind of slow for a DB , and would not be able to cover the quick small WR's of the fast WR.'s. The charge of direction ability is, I think a weakness as he was advised not to to run the 20 yard shuttle, a drill l that measures stop and go speed. RED FLAG

This is accurate, BUT why is this so?

I think the passing rules, and offensive minded NFL in general, we are seeing many college OT's who are not ideal OT's in the NFL switch to guard as they can typically offer better QB protection. As long as they hold up vs. bull rushes ... as the shorter armed Skoronski is. He is a converted Tackle who offers good play vs. the pass.

The guard positions have been slightly elevated.

But I still contend it is a low priority starting position in the draft. Above Punter and Kicker. That is it. A good 3rd cb is more in demand on draft day.

3rd round is best for taking a flyer on one of the QB's.
I like Simpson, and he's likely to go in the first, but I would not do it.
I'm kind of thinking Nussmeier and Allar
My gut says not Beck, but not sure what Pittsburgh thinks.

Pittsburgh is not going to use all 12 picks.
It could trade back into the 3rd to accommodate the QB pick.

There really needs to be another QB in camp so Howard and the rookie can push each other.
    Competition is good.

That might be a little early for Allen, but I agree that he fits a significant need.

So only for the 10th time and counting, be sure to formulate your own opinions and not rely on anyone else's. You will have a more comprehensive analysis there for you yourself are the one scouting him.
