I was looking forward to some leftover deviled eggs this morning only to find out the grandkids wiped them all out last night.

That is just crazy. I looked it up and the reports out there say he grew 9" over the summer entering his senior year in high school. 5'8" to 6'5"

I don't know how long it would take a body to put on muscle after that type of growth spurt.

He didn't play football until his senior year in HS after the enormous growth spurt, so he is very raw at WR. They think he still has a lot more weight to gain because like you said his body went through an extremely rare growth spurt.

The only other case I've ever heard of before was from Jackie Smith the All Pro TE for the Cardinals although most Steeler fans remember him as a Cowboy dropping an easy TD in the Superbowl that helped the Steelers win. Smith said he was 5'7" when he was 15 and his brother threw a cat on his bare back that scratched him all up. He developed Cat Scratch Fever and it affected his pituitary gland and he grew to 6'3" in less than 3 months. He said it was extremely painful for him but he said without that incident he never would have played in the NFL.

    Tally

    Garrett Nussmeier: 2
    Demonte Capehart: 4
    Jakobi Lane: 2

We’ll give this a little longer for the other guys to vote but what do you guys want to do? Continue onto the 4th rd or call it after 3?

I'll go with Capehart. We need something on the d-line. And he has a lot more chance to contribute than Nussmeier.

With only two voters left they cant overtake Capehart,

    Capehart is the winner.
