How close to a super bowl were we with all these winning QB 's here? Why didn't we keep them if they were so good here?:cool:

Nice touch turning one of STDs goto lines around on him. Anytime someone mentions a player who did well it’s “did they win a SB? Then what does it matter” :lolol:

Perhaps we should be looking at long term solution rather than the Short term solution that we have looked at for last two years. There are no long term prospects available in free agency. The mediocre ones are over priced. Draft a qb in early rounds every few year till one hits.

Building the line around Linderbaum then would have been more of a sound approach.

Why all those you named with Cowher didn't win a SB either. Cowher won a SB with exact same Qb that Tomlin did.

Nice moving the goal post. You said they didnt do anything with Qbs, I showed that they got more out of the Qbs than others, and now You are moving the goal post, but hey I can keep up. How many SBs has McCarthy won with all the Qbs people say he has been so great for??

Last year we were arguing making the playoffs and getting beat by 30 in the WC is the same as losing on a last second FG in the SB. All the same. SB or bust. Tomlin had no problem with the WC beat down part.

I don't care what he did anywhere else. He did win a SB with the QB tomlin had here last year. We haven't seen him coach a game here yet. I didn't move anything. You said how well these guys did here. Where are the post season wins? You and I just have a difference of opinion of doing well.

Yet He hasn't been to a SB since Tomlin has. You said Tomlin, and crew were bad coaches for a Qb, and I showed you that all of the Qbs they have coached did better here than the year before they came , and the year after. It doesn't matter how far they went, they still did better here than the year before the came here, and the year after they left. There is no argument to this . I showed you the records before, here, and after. Those are facts, and now You're try to set a different bar.
Yes ,or no, it's a simple question, did A. Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Justin Fields, Kenny Pickett, and Mason Rudolph win more games under Tomlin, and the coaches here than they did the year before they came here, or the year after they left??? It's a simple question.

Imagine how good Tomlin could’ve done
If he wouldve drafted a qb instead of using recycled and never been qbs?
Yes he along with Khan and Rooney selected the stooge qbs. Lazy lazy lazy or we are going all in now attitude.
    Arod included

Yet we are bringing back the same Qb that we had last year, and that got our new HC fired.

yes it's true you are right and tomlin was the greatest coach ever. There you go. I'm so glad he's gone. 5 different OC's in that time. So many things go into success and failure per game, per year, per team that these QB's played for every week. It's easy to lump it together as it being all because of Mike tomlin being the reason why they won a game or two more in a 3 year span. C'mon std you are smarter than that. The jets , the jets, the titans, broncos at that point, those teams top to bottom wouldn't be considered as a place any player would do better. So yes by your parameters they did better. Still doesn't mean good. We will have to agree to disagree my friend.

If people are still saying that Mason Rudolph hasn't gotten a chance in 2033, I'm going to be more than a little frustrated. :lolol:
