Yesterday, 2/2/26 it was Chuck Negron. Former lead singer for Three Dog Night. COPD got him. RIP

They sure got a lot of air play time back when we all had hair. This wasn't a big hit for them but pretty good harmonies of a Traffic tune.

You're welcome, or I'm sorry, depending on how you feel about that song....

Never really looked into what it is. Sounds like a freaking nightmare. Since living forever is not an option I always say a quick death is a good death. Best would be an aneurysm around age 85 and in the middle of your sound sleep. Reading about COPD sounds like a lot of damn torture until it finally takes you. :sigh:

Start those scopes at 40 guys. Earlier if you have a family history of cancer. Not all polyps are cancer but all the colon cancers begin as polyps. Or so I was told.

    RIP Mr Van Der Beek!

5 Colonoscopies and 3 Endoscopies so far for me. EZ PZ after they shoot you up with Propofol - you don't feel or remember a thing! Some polyps removed, nothing serious. Don't ever let them talk you into the less expensive (for insurance) Sigmoidoscopy. This is really miserable in that they don't put you under, you're wide awake and it feels like what it must be like in a nights stay in an a$$ pounding prison with Bubba.

A lot of people do like them, and that's cool. We can't all like the same stuff. A band I played in called Tangent used to cover that in what we called our Superman set. Anything that said , referenced ,or had anything to say about Superman was in that set, but I have never been a fan.

Some may not know that Duvall's film debut was as Boo Radley in the 1962 film To Kill a Mockingbird. He was around 30 at the time but they made him look much older.
