No noodle arm quarterbacks here. There is far too much wind, snow, and cold weather. Get a strong-armed quarterback with good size hands that can really throw the ball and is a pretty good athlete to move around the pocket or pick up an occasional first down with his legs. Preferably a draft pick that can be developed and can be the cornerstone of the organization for a very long time.

I don't want a 17 year vet QB. I want someone young that can develop and improve, not get worse the longer they stay here. I want to finally see a move to the future, not just the right now.

Is that too much to ask?

it shouldnt be, but you cant just find those guys in a ready to produce mode. Have to be drafted and developed. Ownership has to have a little patience. Signing these vets will only make it harder to get a top 10 pick.

I agree, when I am scoping for future Steeler players I am looking at where they were born or where they
may have played their college ball. They go up on my list if they have experienced cold weather football or
are from cold weather areas such as what we have here in PGH and AFC north.
