    Everyone has their quirks.
Imo Sean Payton is #1. That game last night showcased how multiple and complex the system is. It's very impressive that he is able to implement it and call it with a young QB and a young team that does not have stars.
Joe Brady with traditional gap scheme on the other hand sticks to his narrow play-calling with what his veteran team does best, similar to the Patriots under Bill Belichick.
Then, there is Shanahan with his WCO variant supplemented by Gary Kubiak wide-zone run game. I would put him at #2. His disciples come #3, McVay, Klint Kubiak.
Then Reid #5, then Schottenheimer #6 perhaps.

DeMarco Ryans is up there for me. In his 3 years at Houston, they have come in 1st, 1st and 2nd in their division. His team is starting to round into form and that defense is a beast.

As far as head coaches are concerned, Reid obviously tops the list, with McVay, Payton and Shanahan right behind

For offensive coordinators the list is a lot more vast, but the short list would include Mike McCarthy, Eric Bienemi, and basically anyone who's last name is Kubiak

I'm not much of a rule follower, so I'll give you 4 HC's 0 OC's. Also, I can't pick between the 4 and really just don't know who my top 2 OC's are.

Andy Reid, Kyle Shanahan, Sean Payton and Sean McVay.

Just watching what Kyle Shanahan does with less than the other 3, I can't leave him off the list. That team had no business making the playoffs. So many of their starters were injured, then they started losing backups too. I know they got pounded in the end, but I have to believe that at least 8 times out of 10 that's a close game with Seattle with SF winning a couple. That's saying something with that roster.

Sean Payton turned Denver around immediately. That team looked to be in trouble for years to come with the Russell Wilson contract, yet he has them 1 game away from the SB with a QB many called Mo Picks when he first came out. So I can't leave him out.

But I also can't leave out Andy Reid or McVay. So you get 4, or just a flip a coin because that's how close it is for me.
