You are right. My point remains that qb goes a long way in making a coach, a hall of fame coach in todays nfl which is biased towards passing.

True, and I don't think Arians would win at Tampa without Brady. Probably had better talent at Arizona save for the QB position.

LoL. Nah. I believe he should be in, but one could argue it. Although I wouldn't.
If the a team on average turns over 1/3 of the team every year, tell me how it's possible for a team to win with the same players 3years after one, and go again 5 years later. I think you people really need to look at who started each of those 3 SBs. The OLBs weren't the same the Safeties weren't the same the RBs weren't the same, the OL wasn't the same, the DL wasn't the same. The WRs weren't the same. Yes they had the same Qb. So if the Same Qb is all that counts, then many HCs have won with the same teams.

For the most part if you're an OLB you need to be able to beat the guy across from you.

Yeah they are exactly the same..........
If You leave off the 6-10 record, and that Tomlin went to two SBs not just one, and coached for almost 5 times as long without the 6-10 record. Do You people even fact check Yourself before you spout nonsense???

So we should just take Harrisons opinions, but not any of the other Steelers players that play under Tomlin??? So Harrison knew Tomlin more than any one else that played here. Is that what you are saying???

I would say it in front of him, after I asked him to sign a few things. Muscle doesn't equal great fighters. Neither does football skills. I giggle 90% of the time I see two football players throw punches.

    It's not true anyways.
From Cowhers SB to the next two.
The Wrs group was different, the Safety group was different, the LB group was different, the DL group was different, the OL group was different, the RB group was different. Yes the Starting Qb was the same. That's all.

And I thought I made it pretty clear that Harrison is not the only player talking about this that played under Tomlin. I also thought I made it pretty clear when I asked as to why we should take his word, but not all the others??

I don’t know your background but I’d put a mortgage payment on Silverback ending it in less than a round. Especially since you use the word “giggle”. :hehehe:

Havnt heard others say anything in depth.

Just the same Ole talking points how Tomlin was a great motivator and he was a hofamer. Which Deebo agreed upon abt him being a great motivator and said Tomlin will get in on #s alone... ,.......... but ffs know body better have a different opinion abt Tomlin .....lol

Wow that's pretty good. You ever try to play a football game with 6 players on one side, or the other, and especially since none of them will be playing ST, but I guess that ST doesn't matter at all. We just let them run one back, every punt, and kick off.
Like I said the OL rooms weren't the same, The DL rooms weren't the same The RB rooms weren't the same, the WR rooms weren't the same, nothing was the same. Yet keep telling me how 12 of 53 players were the same. LoL.

Nobody said that. Stop projecting your feelings on others. LoL.
All I said was why should we take Harrison opinions over all the others that played under him, and You got butt hurt.

It was only like 12 players but it was the core of this team at that time!

In fact 13 of the 22 starters in 2008 was with the team in 2005 and I don't count James Harrison since he was only a special team player in 2005.The o-line was the biggest difference and it was maybe the worst offensive line ever to win a super bowl!

And it was still 9 starters who was with the team in 2005,was with the super bowl team in 2010 and again I don't count Harrison for the same reason

    1st it's wasn't 12 players from the 1st SB in 2005, to the last.
    2nd. Even 12 players aren't a core in a 53 man roster.
Nobody plays 100% of snaps from day 1 to the end of the season, Nobody. Not even the Qb.
This is where people's lack of understanding in football shows.
Again it wasn't 12 players by the last SB, and even 12 players aren't a core.
I will give the Qb, and that matters a lot.
Again the RB , Wrs, DB, LBs, OL, and DL rooms were different. Not one single room was the same from SB to SB, to SB, except maybe the Qb room, but I'm not even entirely sure about that. People don't realize the turnover in rosters every year.
Like I said people repeat things over, and over until they actually believe it.
