I'm Coach Crusader

Some of you will know me. I'm new here but, I was a regular on the Stillernation forums and I would like to introduce myself. I'm Coach Crusader.

My background is simple. I live and breathe football. So much so that I became a mentor to young men and as a HC we won multiple state championships together.

The kids came from horrible backgrounds. Most had no concept of right or wrong. It's those inner city problems they faced in those dreadful areas.

However my system and strategies for mentoring these young men was based on a rigid structure. Walk down the right path, learn, be decent productive humans and be respectful at all times. It was simple but effective.

It's the type of strategy we need as we look to replace Mike Tomlin. More on that later.
