Romo claims they didn't come out with the Spartan formation on that 4th and 1 because they'd already shown it. Really? The Eagles use that damn play for every short yardage situation. They don't care if you've seen it a million times before.

 

The difference in this game right now is the Steelers letting Sanders get away with big mistakes. He threw a deep ball into double coverage, and Dugger misplays it into a touchdown. He throws a lollipop to the sideline late that Herbig read perfectly, and Herbig drops the easy pick-six. This could easily be 10-3 Steelers, 13-3 if they don't give away a field goal with that stupid fourth-down play. The Steelers' offense is not good without Metcalf, so they can't get away with these sorts of mistake.

 

It will be last NFL game of regular season. Hate night games which is why we somehow have to pull this out.

 

OP just said it was the worst call he had ever seen. It wasn’t that for me.

 

It was too long for Spartan. I doubt the Browns are falling for a fake into something other than a sneak, and they aren't getting a full yard sneaking it.
