sure feels like a one or done week. we need a good meal to carry the team over the raisins. i'm feeling sausage. hot sausage. tomatoes and peppers hot sausage. on a hard roll. what you got?

I am a little afraid to eat anything, I'll probably be projectile vomiting before the end of the 1st.
So, it's tums chase with alka-seltzer.





But I'll keep some wings handy just in case.

It's cold today so hot tamales. (Beef, Chicken and Pork).

Tamales at 1000! I like it! I'll be doing the usual bagel and coffee.

 

cooked the hot sausage friday. may make the meatballs today. Christmas staple here. both on the stove along with a pot of wedding soup. red and green Italian flag thing passed down for years in my family. parents flying in tuesday and our Christmas with them next saturday with all the babies. two grandbabies for me and one great nephew, well two but one new one. thinking of asking my dad (89) now if my boys he and I can make some homemade raviolis for Christmas. that means a trip to the strip for cheese. probably not too many left for us to do that. closer to the end than the beginning anyway.
