Who needs young, emerging talent like Pickens when you can claim 35-year-old receivers off waivers. I hope everyone in Pittsburgh boos the organization when the Steelers are on the clock for the third round pick they got for Pickens because the front office deserves it.

 

Did you read it? He didn't claim to have any inside knowledge. He was speculating because Pickens is gone, but the chaos remains. He was basing it on the talk about receivers missing meetings and running incorrect routes. Meanwhile, Pickens is thriving in Dallas. There seems to be a lack of accountability with the Steelers. Sure, Pickens is a jackass, but maybe all he needed was a better environment. If that is true and he found that in Dallas, that speaks volumes about Tomlin losing control of things in Pittsburgh.

I don't think any of the current receivers are frequently late or crashing out on the sideline and showing up late to a game like Pickens did.

 

Frequently late??? Being reported that Steeler players this year are just not showing up at all. Skipping out early and heading home.

The only negative thing that was actually quoted from a coach/player has been when pickens showed up late to the KC game (which Tomlin has people get there earlier than what all the rest of coaches do). Even doubling down Kahn said directly after DK was added we were going to use both pickers and DK, and the move was a rare one to where you jumped on it.

Besides that, everything else was rumors, feelings, opinions..... you know, like your dumb thought that watt wanted to be traded because he held up a peace sign.

No line, old QB and mediocre OC will do that to you. Cowboys have the best offense in the league and idk how the hell they have had a good O line for 10 years straight.
