I’ve run out of words to describe how bad this defense is. It’s unbelievable.

 

Problem was it was a scramble drill. Sawyer was not supposed to have to carry him.

The defense looks terrible. Taylor gave the Steelers a gift with that play call on the two-point conversion, but this is exactly what the Steelers couldn't do on defense. They aren't stopping the run, and they aren't getting any pressure on Flacco. This isn't about the quick release. Both third down conversions and the touchdown were slower-developing plays. If Flacco gets to sit back there like that all game, he will throw for 500 yards at least today.
