Strangely enough there wasn’t much of a reaction from anyone other than the bartender who had to pull out a drink book to see what the he’ll was just ordered

I’ve been friends with these two guys for way over 50 years

One boneheaded play is not all that relevant to the guy's future. Barry Foster committed an almost identical mistake during his rookie season. Two seasons later, he ran for 1,690 yards.

Warren was more explosive, but Harris was more durable, protected the ball better, and a better blocker. Warren right now has a better line and a much better quarterback than any Harris ever had in Pittsburgh.

Dont know about that, Warren excels at blocking. And the line is nothing to write home about.

I remember seeing you be optimistic about something once, but the team stomped that :poopy: out of you pretty fast.

Warren has gotten better, but Harris was better.

The line hasn't been anything to write home about since before Harris was a Steeler. I didn't say it was particularly good now, but it is better than what Harris had. Is there any doubt that Rodgers is more of a threat as a passer than anybody the Steelers have had since Roethlisberger in 2018?

Warren didnt just get better at it, he’s one of the best in the league. I doubt you ever broke down their film to that level and just keyed on blocking to make a comparison so it’s just hot air to say one is better than the other.

When Wilson took over, the offense was clicking for a bit, didnt seem to help Harris much. The reason Warren is a better RB and can have more success behind a porous line is because he has better vision and burst. This is why no one was interested in Harris during free agency and he settled on a cheap incentive laden contract during a time that saw RBs getting paid again. Harris = JAG. He doesnt even have his durable claim anymore, Warren is more durable, he doesn’t have a lost season on his resume.

He was either a newbie bar tender or he got out the book so you would not take his man card. That’s what I think.

UM, they had the exact same line, and same QB for years. Warrren out produced Harris is YPR , YPC, and big play runs and passes when they did. Tomlin used Harris more often. Go figure.

They were in different roles. You do realize it is easier for a third-down, part-time back to have a higher average per carry than primary back playing on first and second down, right? The apples-to-apples comparison is Harris the last four years to Warren this year. Warren has been more explosive, but less durable.

Harris was carrying a much larger workload, protecting the ball and the quarterback better, and showing more durability. You do know those are important factors, too, right?

You might be able to use that his rookie season but it’s been pointed out many times that almost all of Warrens body of work came on 1st and 2nd down last year. You know this because I myself have pointed it out to you with receipts yet you and others keep regurgitating that bs.

I also pointed out to you how Harris had a much lighter workload last year only eclipsing 20 carries twice, 21 each time.
