If Harmon tore his ACL, the medical staff isn't going to let him walk out to the bench with no brace or anything. They would've kept him in the locker room he was seen laughing on the bench afterwards, if he tore his ACL I doubt he would be joking around on the bench.

I mean the follow up MRI and testing could reveal some additional damage but no way if it was a season ending tear that scenario happens.

I don't believe anything that Richie says after him reporting and then doubling down that Sean Miller was in Pittsburgh and was offered the head coaching job at Pitt when he was in Arizona the entire time.

I am not touching this one. As you know I wasn't happy with the Harmon pick because of his failed physical at the NFL Combine, but last nights injury has nothing to do with his Shoulder, so I am getting out of the way on this one.

    AI Overview
NFL Draft Prospect Derrick Harmon Injury, Medical Concerns ...
Derrick Harmon, a defensive tackle drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2025 NFL Draft, was diagnosed with a partial tear in his rotator cuff and labrum at the NFL Combine. This medical evaluation caused some NFL teams to consider him a "risk" and move him down their draft boards, though he was still a first-round pick. Despite the underlying injury, Harmon has stated he is "100% healthy" and ready to play, and the Steelers' medical staff and coaching staff expressed comfort with his condition.

Noah could be a decent reporter, he just doesn't get inside info like that. Steelers have been giving him media passes the past few years.

I'm gonna wait on the MRI and scientific proof that his ACL and MCL are intact.

I'm sure they did some tests during the game because Tomlin said it was a knee sprain.

As I understand it when you get big enough on youtube with followers, views, and sponsors Youtube will provide a consultant to help grow your channel. That is when they push the catchy titles, thumbnails that are purposely misleading and doing more short form videos for YouTube shorts. I don't want to fault anyone trying to make a living but I have seen lots of content creators wreck their channels chasing the viewer count. I'd rather watch a 40 minute video of a guy catching bass in his 5 acre pond and showing his game camera footage each week.

If I remember correctly, he walked off the field. He didn't come back out to sit with his teammates and joke around after that.

It sucks that he is probably going to miss time, but given the potential for it to be much worse, I would happily take him missing only three or four games.

It's one thing not to get insider info. Strackbein turns to clickbait headers to get clicks. I get it, if that's how you want to try making your money, but it's not most ethical from a journalistic standpoint.

Yeah, and we don't actually play for a bit so he may only miss 1 or 2.

    He’s young

I see nothing to indicate he is learning

Mostly he makes a false or misleading headline and then he plagiarizes other writers articles

    I abhor dishonesty

It's what he learned when he was younger that's causing his current behavior. Being ethical is not something one learns at his age.

I just saw on the NFL Network that Harmon will miss a month of football. Could be back by week #3 against the Pats. He should be good to go for the game in Ireland against the Vikings.
I'm reading now that since the bye is right after the Vikings game that he could go on IR for 4 weeks. That will give him an extra week to heal before returning against the Browns on October 12th.
