I see them as trying to do both. This organization has never been one to declare 'rebuild'. Khan and Weidl were tasked with rebuilding the trenches. But he's also tried to keep the team competitive for the playoffs each year - they want a consistently competitive club.

 

I agree, and I think you are both right, but are saying it differently. There are many ways to rebuild. They are doing so ,and keeping us competitive.
