That picture looks like a much better electric football game then the one I had as a kid.

I believe the survivor pool is where you can pick any team starting week 1 to just win outright but once you pick that team you can’t pick them again. If you win you move on to the next week if you lose you are out. Last man standing wins the prize. It’s actually pretty fun when playing for cash.

 

For some reason they are huge in my area. We call it a suicide poll. I enter 3-4 every season and rarely win. I'm in a 50.00 one I'd love to win. Came close once but no cigars. I've won 3-4 over the years. I think my biggest one was close to 2 grand.

 

Use to have one on this board but I see all gone. The Pickem is a lot of fun. I'm like Tomlin, always .500 or a tad better. Not good enough to stay on first page.

I never heard it called Survivor until I joined this board. Where I live we call it Suicide with no strikes. Your team loses you are done.

I enter 5-6 a season. Never won the one I want the most, $50.00 with a lot of participants. I won a baby one last season with only 14 people in it. I won 140.00.
