Probably 12-15 rings, at least a couple more non losing season titles. 4- COTY awards and a truck load of participation trophies. And they would hit on every draft pick.

    It’s all Rooney’s fault.

Steelers would have had at least 2 playoff wins from 2018-present with a HC with a background in offense like what Rams, Bears (now), 49ers, Packers have at HC.

There I said it. Let the ridicule and mockery begin!

Who knows... maybe a Super Bowl appearance?

Tomlin nut huggers..... I fart in your general direction.

I'm still pissed that Rooney didn't fire Popcorn and hire the current Bears HC after '24 season.

Steelers missed a good opportunity to move on and adjust to the modern day NFL. Steelers are not winning another playoff game with Popcorn at HC.

An impossible question to answer, but I think it is past time to find out.

Yeah, I'm sure Ben Johnson wanted to come to Pittsburgh with no franchise QB like the Bears has.

:hmm: Then we have to hear for 10 years how the new coach only won a SB because of Mike Tomlin's players.

We couldn't say that with Cowher. All of Charles Knox Knoll's players were retired by '05.

Without a viable alternative that you can compare against, it is not a question that can be answered. 20 years of Mike Tomlin influence is something that it is not possible to say what if about. Far too many variables involved.......imo

Of all the potential head coaches that became available in the last couple years, the one I really hope for was DeMarco Ryans. The timing was very close for that to be able to happen. But then Tomlin signed an extension and Ryan's went to the Texans.....arggggg

I think it's always possible that they could win a playoff game. But I really don't think that we're going to win anything beyond that first game. I would also expect that that game is a one score win. The outcome of the game being unclear until the final second has ticked off the clock.
