Week 18 posted

Say what you want about this season but as for me I'm taking some pride in it. AFCN was the bomb!!!! Burrow doesn't bite the dust it would be very possible a 10-7 team finished last in a division. And they'd be 5-1 against said division. Yes, we are not a SB team but I want in. I'm thankful Saturday and Sunday of week 18 still has the Steelers part of the equation. I'd hate to be a fan of a team where by week 14 your team is out of it. I'd lose all interest.

Come on Saturday!!!!!!!!

Try explaining it to sister well into her 80's. She has called me twice now wondering if because we are playing on Saturday it changes what we have to do. Man, I really really want to win just for the fun and nerves come Sunday.

 

I like the home teams next Sunday. Both the Titans and Dolphins are at home. I think Baltimore will sit their starters on Saturday against Pittsburgh.

I really like the Dolphins at home next Sunday night as they are fighting for the AFC East title. Winner gets a home playoff game; Dolphins would get the #2 seed guaranteeing them a shot at 2 home playoff games.

 

I'm rooting for the Dolphins. If they lock up the #2 seed and the Steelers squeak into the #7 seed, I'll surely try to go to the wildcard game.

 

Unfortunately, the Dolphins have some injuries and they haven't looked great against good teams. Also, the Bills look great lately.

With Levis healthy, I felt like the Titans had a shot against the Jaguars. They still might, only because Jacksonville looks terrible lately.

One or both of those games may go the Steelers' way, but it is more likely that even a win on Saturday doesn't get them in.

 

We have had nothing go our way this season when it comes to other games. For example on our Bye week, all the afc north teams won, or this weekend when we needed one of the Jags, Colts or Bills to lose…they all won.

I’m gonna say week 18 is our week. Bills lose and Jags lose landing us in the #6 seed and traveling to KC in the wildcard game.

 

It stinks that the Dolphins are 10-1 vs. teams with losing records, and the Steelers are 3-2.
