Browning, NFL's new rookie phenom. Hit something like 31 or so passes. Beat Jacksonville in overtime. Cincinnati is now 6 and 6 and licking our heels. New England's defence hasn't been giving many points up last few games. But they just can't score. As bad as we are, we could have been tied with the Chiefs, had we beat the Cardinals.

Bengals accept bandwagon fans. Maybe go check em out. They look like more of a playoff team last night than the egg the Steelers laid on Sunday.

There weren't many teams in the league that didn't look more like a playoff team than the Steelers this week, yet Pittsburgh beat those same Bengals just a week earlier.

Browning was 32 for 37 for 354 yards and one TD plus one rushing TD. What an incredible difference from the guy we saw 2 weeks ago.

He looked sharp. Our D threw him off, but he OBV worked hard this week in prep for a GOOD JV defense.

At this point unless our Defense has a 60 minute banner effort and scores its going to get ugly.

I have very little faith that Trubisky will actually do anything. This is because the head coach is "Living in his Fears" about turnovers and goes ultra conservative.

Opposing defenses will load up to stop the run.

All we need is a couple of interceptions, a few sacks, cause a fumble or so. Than were back in the hunt.

Well, after last night Bengals game results. Chalk up another loss when we play the Bengals again. The non-losing streak is in jeopardy for sure. Oh- no our mediocrity standard is in jeopardy. Need new offensive minded coach.

Ok everyone. As some of you know I live in Bungleland and am pretty much taking the high road today and telling my friends and neighbors congrats bengals looked good last night. Honestly though I’m not sure I can finish out this day the same way. My boss has already mentioned SB 3 times and I’ve heard Who Dey probably 2 dozen times this morning. I think I’m going to go home sick today. :puking2:

I thought his first NFL start was against us and last night was his second. How fresh is that?
Course I could be thinking of someone else.

An OC can scheme against that. TRUBS can throw the ball. there are these things called SCREENS and SLANTS and HOT ROUTES. an OC knows about these, so do WR's and RB's and QB's....

BUT we have not had an OC for about 8 years.

He came in in relief of Burrow 3 weeks ago, then played the Steelers and went up against the team that was pushing to be the one seed last night in Jacksonville. Lest we crown him the new back up QB king, the bungles lose this game had not Lawerence had his LT backed up into him, step on his ankle then have Hubbard fall on him with that same ankle trapped under him. They were slinging it all over the field last night until 5 minutes to go.

Browning was impressive. Both defenses, not so much. I turned it off and went bed at the end of the third thinking with how beat-up Pittsburgh's defense is, they might get beat at Cincy.

Right because the NFL definitely not a week to week league or anything.

No your right his first NFL start was against us a couple of weeks ago. He has been in the league though for 4 years sitting on the bench before he finally got a chance to play.

The Bengals game is in Pittsburgh but yes if Browning has a game like he did last night we have no hope of winning a shootout.

Browning was a prolific passer at Washington, so the guy can definitely throw the ball. The Jaguars defense is not very good, so no real surprise here

I give us a 5% chance of making the playofsf now. Last week's loss was an epic catastrophe.
