Agreed I don't think I've ever seen that many TD's in the Super Bowl where the WR was essentially uncovered for walk in touch downs.

I would go out on a limb, and guess that Mahomes has by far, the most completions to receivers who by definition are "wide open", than any qb in the league. And also, the most td's that go five yards or less in the air, from the line of scrimmage.

Nice Try. Go look again. That picture is not even the same play that they threw the flag on. The play in question is where he supposedly held JUJU with his left hand not his right hand. I just want the game called consistently throughout the game and not when it ultimately decides the outcome which it most definitely did. I can't stand Philly but they have a legitimate gripe about this joke of a league wide refereeing problem.

Maybe. Would be hard to find those stats on free sites, if they even exist.
But if true, how much of that is due to Mahomes himself? Defences try to anticipate just a little bit more with Mahomes because he's so dangerous. Not to mention that Andy Reid has very creative and dynamic plays that help guys get open.

Those 2 TD's to wide open WR's, we don't have any play calls like that. But again, if that was Daniel Jones and not Mahomes, is the defence pressing that hard where they get themselves out of position? Maybe, maybe not.

That's the thing. Every ref will tell you that consistency is key. They had put away the flags for the most part. There were so many little jersey tugs throughout that game, none of which were called. If the refs decided where the line was in terms of holding, then why change it at the last minute? That was not a blatant hold, although it was a hold I admit.

They needed to be consistent. I thought Philly would win due to their pass rush, but I didn't care. I didn't bet on the game nor do I like or hate either team. I thought it was such a great game until the very end. I literally feel cheated as a fan. Maybe it's a temporary feeling, but I feel like some of my passion for the game is gone. Why watch if the refs are going to ruin such a great game.

I used to think that way about the NHL too. The officiating had become unbearable. I don't watch the NHL anymore. I'm only 1 fan, but viewership is down 22% in the NHL. It always starts with just 1 fan

    Yeah he fumbled but:

27 of 38 passes for 304 yards with a touchdown and a 103.4 passer rating. He also added 15 carries for 70 yards and three touchdowns.

The guy had a good game and the fumble did not lose the game for Philly, the defensive play in the 2nd half did.

If Hurts doesn't fumble that ball then it is 24-7 at the half and that would have probably changed the entire game on it's head. That fumble for a TD was a massive mistake that probably cost the Iggles the game.

Agreed. Just look at the Qbs they faced. That D wasn't ready for that.

The only way I root for the Bengals is so to stop the KC dynasty. Believe Me .....I freaking hate the Bengals, but sometimes You must root for one enemy over the other. LoL

Bengals fans are annoying. They been crying non stop for weeks and I have to keep reminding them of how they were just one hand off away from losing in the 1st round to the Rats.

Bad play in the first half but the D got burned the entire 2nd half, that's when the game was on the line. Can't excuse the D performance and lay blame on something that happened in the 1st half. At least i can't.

That is the same play. The difference is, is this is right at the line of scrimmage, before the 2nd hold down field(the iffy one), and from the opposite angle. You can bump at the LOS, but you can't hold anywhere on the field.

Please show me just 1 other time in the game, where the receiver got his jersey visabled pulled. I know they let alot go with contact, but you cant pull a jersey almost 6in and expect it not to get flagged. Extremely bad timing, but it was 100% a hold. Imagine they dont flag the pulling of the jersey and KC doesnt win because of that? We would all be taking about the no-call on a blatant and obvious hold that could possibly change the outcome of the game. That hold was a no-win situation. Its unfortunate that the defender made that mistake at the end of a great game.

Correct. Let’s not forget the Chiefs were in position to score a TD at the end there. They would have tied it up and from there who knows what happens but with momentum on their side, Chiefs probably still go on to win.

Eagles could never play 4 quarters all year and it finally came back to bite them. KC is a team you don’t make mistakes to and think you’re gonna come out on top.

I don’t care if mahomes walks like a sissy, dude is unstoppable

I was watching this yesterday. They tried to remedy it, but then failed on keeping eyes on the target the second time. It was a great scheme by the Chiefs.
