He's shorter than Drew Brees but if he went undrafted would you sign Stetson as backup QB or no way he's an NFL QB?? I don't really follow college football so I don't know his whole body of work but at 5' 10 or 5'11 and only 190lbs t would seem no chance in the NFL unless he becomes a hines ward type guy and coverts to a slot possession WR.

He's basically a smaller version of Kenny, no?

Yes, if Benny says no, the answer has to be yes. it is the George Constanza theory of doing the opposite. It's kind of like the Brock Purdy circumstances, or dare I say, Tom Brady. Sign winning players to develop.

According to sports media... he does not fit the prototype of NFL QB. QBs must be at least 6'5" 230 lbs, and run a 4.4 40.

Well, he threw the ball behind the same, big and tall guys, that will get drafted in the nfl. And, he also, completed a great percentage of throws ... against many of those, defensive players, that are getting drafted or been selected ... in previous drafts. If he goes undrafted. I would bring him in.

I would sign Bennett as a free agent, but I agree that he will be drafted. At the very least, I think he can be a solid backup in the NFL.

Benny is just using the topic to troll the board again, this time by taking a shot at Pickett.

Back to Back national championships chances are he is going to insist that he is a QB and only a QB.

Big time players show up in Big time games.
At 25, I don't know if he has a place in the NFL. Maybe.

If Duck Hodges can play in the league Stetson Bennett can...

Someone will take a flier on him I think he gets drafted somewhere.

Undrafted? Sure, why not. Costs nothing and he could certainly serve as a #3 and scout guy. Could very well be a future coach there. Bright kid.

I don’t think he’s got the talent to be a starting nfl qb, but I sure as hell wouldn’t bet against him either. He walked on twice, ended up the starter, and led them to back to back national championships. Nope. Not betting against that guy ever. If he doesn’t end up in the nfl I swear he’ll end up governor of Georgia

I thought of that earlier today when they were talking about these type of QB's on the radio. When Tee was let go someone of the original board cried he was never given a chance, lol. Who knows Stenson may surprise and be something, but a lot of college QB's that lead teams to national titles never got their NFL chance...cuz they sucked.
