where to buy jersey?

Discussion in 'Steelers Talk' started by Deleted member 3956, Dec 29, 2022.

  1. last time I got a jersey was almost 20 years ago. Is there any legit places besides nfl.com? I'm looking for a Pickens color rush. nfl.com I would have to make my own for over $350.

  3. That's not happening in Georgia. Also no one is going to give up there UGA Pickens as well (including me)...... our goodwill is filled with failclowns and taints. in fact I think everyone who got failclown/taint stuff for Christmas already took their stuff to goodwill.

I used to get Jerseys from some online Chinese bootleg website for around 100 bucks but that was 10 years ago.

My wife bought me a Pickett jersey, pretty nice.
She got it from the Steeler Store mentioned above. But I do think it is $150 or so.

  9. Thanks. With two people giving a review on it. I'll do that.

That is not to much of a joke. I got a awesome Clemente and Stargell jersey about 10 years ago for 50 bucks each. Problem was it took almost 3 months to get to me.

    Steelers.com has them listed

    https://shop.steelers.com/m-n-1972-replica-limited-32-harris-w-patch

I think the only thing special was the patch on an old style throwback jersey

Patch appears to be available on Etsy

They'd probably pay someone to take them off the rack.

    Not a good business model

For example I would take them all take the money and then out of my deep generosity I would donate all of them back

Then I’d waste the money on beer and cheap women

My fav jersey was bought there. Larry Foote for $10 when he left to play for Detroit. He came back after I bought it and being cheap I feel amazed at the price i paid.

I bought a WATT jersey from some ad on Facebook for like $45.00 and it’s awesome. I’m shocked at the quality.

I have a close friend in a charity partnership with Najee Harris (Chafin Luhana Law Firm in Pittsburgh) and she gave me a signed Najee Jersey that he hands out at charity events (vinyl numbers) and my Facebook one is like a million times better (all sewn parts).

I bet if you look on Facebook marketplace you’ll find something.

Got my sons personalized jerseys from the steelers.com site. About $175 a piece, but good quality, and you can get them with the squared off numbers, not those obnoxious round ones.
(note: when they say 25% off everything, they don't mean it)

Any other Pittsburgh natives remember the selection of Steelers jerseys Gabriel Brothers in Greensburg used to have. You could get a brand new Steelers jersey of any player you wanted for 10 bucks. It may only have the stripes painted on one side of the sleeve. But hey....for 10 bucks....lol

Unless I hit the lottery, there’s no way I’m buying a jersey from one of the officials sites. Google search Chyna NFL jerseys and go that route. You can literally get 10 jerseys for that $350 price. There’s been several threads started here on the subject over the years. I’m too lazy to do a search, but there was one posted. I believe just a few months ago. This is the way I buy all my jerseys. I usually get a group of friends together and will order anywhere from 10 to 25 jerseys at a time.

I know some people don’t like the idea of buying the knock off jerseys, and in most circumstances I’m a buy made in the USA products guy. But $200-$350 for a single jersey is price gouging and should be criminal.
