can we implement an up vote on post?

I noticed on some forums and reddit you can up vote and down vote comments. that way if someone says something later in comments, it can be seen first. *If they had a great reply.

for instance if someone ask the status on a player. up votes for Ian rapport, steelers news, etc would get pushed to being seen first instead of searching through pages.

another reason is off season where trades, signings, released, etc take place. which can get into a a ton of pages. which would make it very easy for someone to open a thread and see all the stuff that has been p voted, which would be signings, trades and etc more than likely.
