Mike Tomlin needs to go. The common denominator has been him for more than a decade now.

If Tomlin had won 4 super bowls, I would get the loyalty. But he is and has never been more than an average coach and its already hard for a really good coach to win Super Bowls.

It's time for a change. His coaching sucks. He doesn't prepare his teams well and does zero adjustments.

 

I think its not fair to keep playing Pickett. Lets go back to Mitch.
