The Bills are my pick to win AFC that is if they can get past KC.
Do these two teams remind anybody of how the Steelers and Oilers use to compete.
Poor old Bum could never kick that door down, I think Buffalo reminds me of those Oilers.

    This one could be ugly.
A Rookie QB going up against that Bills Defense...
This is when I hope the "Any Given Sunday" Gods lend a hand.

Allen is red hot.... in my opinion the best all-around QB in the league.
Without TJ chasing him around all afternoon, he's likely to set a completion record.

Right now, I'm feeling a 35-12 or maybe 35-17 score.
The Bills are just too much, and they will be at home.

Overall, I'm having issues seeing a .500 season but I do see a better finish now that Mitch is done.

    42-7 Bills. . . .

Only because at the start of the 4th Case Keenum will go in as the lead will be 35-7

But the time of possession will be Steelers 50 minutes and Buffalo 10 minutes, as the Bills score on every offensive play.

Who in their right mind would pick against this powerhouse? Were already double digit underdogs playing in there house.
I'm just hoping that Pickett (unless Tomlin has Mitch starting) can keep his momentum going and move the offense. If you don't take some chances you will never succeed. I liked what he brings to the table sans the turnovers which I feel only one was his fault. He gave a much needed spark.

Its the defense or lack their of. You have 3 defensive coaches in Austin, Flores and Tomlin and this unit looks out coached and struggles consistently on 3rd downs and just melts in the 4th quarter. Yes I know Watts missing which looms large but something is amiss. And they were supposed to be the strength of this team. Fail.

I believe Coach T and Buffalo coach were teammates on their college team at James Madison.

At the beginning of the 4th quarter it will be:
    Steelers 31
    Bills 17

There will be 31 points scored in the 4th quarter, you decide who.

With TJ harassing Josh Allen all day. Our defense apparently forgets how to tackle when Watt is not in the game.

Prediction: Kenny shocks the world and out duels Josh Allen with the Steelers pulling off the upset in a shootout 38-34. The legend of Kenny Pickett explodes after this one!

Nah, just kidding. The Bills win 42-0 and Pickett throws 5 more picks with all of his interceptions hitting the hands of his receivers first.

(Actually, we’ll probably see something in between with the Bills winning 31-24 with Pickett throwing 2 TDs and a pick.)

So first thing this morning, I broke my B string on my favorite guitar ('72 Les Paul)
And realized I do not have a spare set of strings for the first time in my life.
That's poor coaching by Tomlin and he should be fired for it.

    On a side note;
    14-point under dawgs. Wow.
I think that goes back to the Hanratty days. (I could be like way wrong)

I've pretty much said everything I thought about the game, the Bills are very good.
So, I've got to go with the ad nauseum coaching bashing.

Canada offense - Kenny already made it look better. Joe doesn't have any hair and I just can't trust anyone with no hair.
I haven't really seen a weakness in Buffalo's Defense that could be exploited. They don't even have injuries that could be exploited.
In all honesty, I couldn't tell if his offense sucked as Mitch Trubiksy was just awful and I can almost hear a conversation going like:
"Well, what can you do Mitch?" (it almost like Tebow-esque - run the ball 45 times)

Austin doesn't have any hair either and I hate the way he wears his cap so he's not going to stand a chance against that Bills offense.
Additionally, his defense is banged up. That's never going to be a good thing when facing the Bills.

We should really hire some guys with hair.

Speaking of hair, John Mitchell is the Assistant Head Coach and has been standing on our sidelines for 28 years. He has all his hair but
I dislike his Morgan Freeman looking @ss standing there.
This is a heavy Defensive minded staff and the expensive defense they are fielding was supposed to be better.
A game wrecker like TJ Watt is most definitely going to be missed, not by any offense though and no opposing QB's are sending him get-well cards.
Not every team has a TJ Watt on the roster and still manages to put up a pretty good rush.
That is most definitely on Tomlin, and he should be fired for that.

    Jokes aside.
Colbert wanted to set the team up in good standing. He did some moves that he doesn't normally do.
I'm afraid the early returns aren't paying off as well as they might have thought. (Mitch sucks!)
I do see that the O-line is starting to find its way (still a ways to go and an upgrade is needed come draft day).
Maybe Pickett's hair trigger will help them further? He does get the ball out there.
Colbert is gone, and it is a new staff running that department.
Life post-Big Ben era Steelers is a little painful starting off. Lot of new faces..

Do we know for sure that Pickett is starting? If not, I will not be happy to say the least. Tomlin better not pull him in and out of games. I guess we find out today at presser?
