looks like pizza. self rising flour and greek yogurt dough. try to keep it as low sodium as possible so no pepperoni. hot sausage was on my menu but the daughter in law said she's making this for me today. OK then. what you got?

First attempt at making BBQ pulled pork in the crockpot.

Started at midnight last night with them soaked in root beer, smelling good as I awoke this morning.

    not sure if the sides.

I am 51 and have just been learning to cook…lol, having 3 boys that all played football, baseball, and basketball with me coaching them from youth til they were in college, our dinners consisted of Concession Stand food…lol

next year I get to start the sports thing again with my 4 yo, I’m recruiting my older sons to coach, I’m too old…lol

Roast Beef Hoagie from a local Deli who actually cooks the top rounds. Then some left over Hot Sausage and Peppers in sauce with capellini and salad. for dinner.

    Go Steelers...

that's what i was going to cook CK. hot sausage with home canned tomatoes, peppers and bought a couple of hungarian peppers to throw in. but nooooooo we have to eat lower sodium pizza. i even made up some sausage from unseasoned pork and added my own seasonings. i also had some dirusso hot links. maybe i will make it for them anyway. :hehehe::smiley1::cool:

No peek beef tips. Get some stewing meat throw in Lipton beefy onion mix, can of mushroom soup and some brown gravy and cook in oven at 300 for 3 hours. Put over egg noddles.

Eat while listening to Eagle fans go crazy.

    Sous vide.
Takes a few days, then gets an ice bath, then on the smoker for flavour and the bark.

I just had a big breakfast, so probably nothing until halftime. Maybe a Jersey Mike’s Italian combo. That sounds pretty good.

    Or… Kung Po chicken.

I only had brisket once and holy mother that was sooooo good. This place outside of Pittsburgh only makes it at Easter. My sister got it and it was all gone 5 minutes after she set it out.

It's my favourite thing in the world. Expensive and very time consuming to make though. I usually cook 1 or 2 a year.
