Were do they come in at. If I had the money invested in this that they do, I would make sure I would get a good ROI in my investment. They have got to see the same things we are seeing as fans but nothing is done on there end to turn the situation around. They have a head coach who can’t control or take ownership of the team. Then we hire coaches that really should not be there which falls back to the head coach. All I know right now is that the money invested in this team is not well spent. Open your eyes FO, there is no job out there except for politics is for a lifetime. Get some heads rolling. That again this is IMO. If you keep on doing what your doing you keep on getting what you got.

This! We need to be like the browns. 23 coaches in 53 years. That’s the recipe for success! The only way we will ever win again is to fire everyone and keep doing so until we find the person to get it right!

MT had a nice run with steelers. But even the great chuck noll knew when his message was stale and his message got old. MT needs to find a ready made team he can drive thats on cruise control like 2007 steelers he got to run. Maybe the Bills could hire him because he sucks at rebuilding and creating a super bowl team. We have not sniffed it since 2010 and had some really good teams he wrecked in the first round of the playoffs or the depantsing he took in last afc champ game by belicheat.

This is why they like Tomlin. He keeps them good but not good enough. He keeps them in the mix. League doesn’t want teams running away with Super Bowls. Brady had to leave if he wanted another.

If people really want the Rooneys to act like the Jones Family that owns the Dallas Cowboys... oh man... some of you are in for one hell of a rude ass awakening. :lolol:

There is a reason why Jerry Jones has been such the salesman for the Cowboys post 1995; they have not done squat since. For that matter and, even to now, Jerry Jones has not known what a Championship Game looks like since then either.

The season is still young. A lot can happen and change.

Some people act like they never witnessed the Steelers have down years. I am not suggesting this is a down year for the Steelers at this point. Only time will tell.

Maybe some people will appreciate how difficult it is to win games?

I think a lot of people here grew up during the Brady era and think winning Super Bowls is easy.

From what I have seen in the last 3 games the O is running down the D with the 4 and outs. Hell the D barely has time for water and sit down for several minutes. Try doing that for 4 quarters.

His win per cent age is high in regular season. Not one real threat to win super bowl. One afc game and it was a joke. We got depantsing from belicheat. Many horrible first round losses

First as to their investment going down the drain the Steelers are worth 3.975 BILLION dollars. The lowly Pirates are worth 1.32 BILLION dollars. You cannot argue that their investment is going down the drain. Sports teams are worth a ton of money no matter their record. Especially an established team like the Steelers. I make the argument that every single successful coach wears out his effectiveness at some point. Evey single one. Bellicheck at this point seems to be the exception. However we'll see how he performs post Brady. Mike Tomlin has over stayed his welcome. No one can deny he's a decent coach. But he no longer has the ability to recognize when his assistant coaches are holding this team down or he thinks he cannot make a wrong decision there. Either way it's not good. Canada should not have a job as an offensive coordinator. It's never good to keep firing your head coach and looking for that magic man. That is not what the steelers have done here but it's probably time for the owners to recognize futility when they see it. Until that happens they are not going to fire him and he will not quit. So it's pointless to keep posting fire tomlin. It's not going to happen. He has won one super bowl. Which a lot of coaches never do. He went to another and lost. Again not many coaches get to go to two super bowls. But his record in post season since has been abysmal. He's here for as long as he wants to be here.

Nice of you to worry about the Rooney's 1.9 BILLION dollar investment. I'm sure that means a lot!

most of us do recognize this - and those that are REALLY SMART now know how AMAZING BR12 was. He kept Tomlin's head from rolling for many year. MT has no cover now.
