Will I ever see a Mike Tomlin lead team (im resigned to the fact for PC reasons he will never be fired) beat the Patriots?

Belichek could line up a JCC Sprint team and STILL beat Tomlin

At what point is it not personal and more philosophy?

i watch a lot of football and game after game WRs are wide open catching passes and our guts are contested on every throw

I’m just tired of it all already this year

No, sorry pal. Belichick is a genius tactician and let's say Tomlin wasn't hired for his football mind. We could have played with Ben at QB today and the result would have been the same.

Are we absolutely sure that wasn’t Ben out there today

Looked like his offense…. Another year of no team having to respect the deep pass…. Just crowd the line

Specify a young Ben or old Ben because I'm convinced a young Ben kicks their ass.

As long as the Steelers settle for below average coordinators, we are in trouble. And, it is time for a coaching change.

Did Billichump also coach when Dumblin got knocked out of the postseason by POS bums like Blake Bortles, Tim Teebow, and Bakers Mayfield? Asking for a friend....

By the looks of his gut he's been doing more eating at Checkers than playing it...

Young man, I’m 81 and been a Steelers fan since the mid 50’s and have seen a lot of players come and go but the FO seem to give there head a lifetime employment and once in awhile dump a coach. So that being said as long as Tomlin is coach I don’t think I will ever see the Steelers making it through the playoffs much less going to a SB.

We should have won that game yesterday. The Pats are not a good team. The Steelers were flat and I'm not sure if losing TJ was the issue or what the hell happened after their huge win against the Bengals. Im still shaking my head. WITH TJ, we win and Jones gets abused.

Great post, and it's an honor to be a Steelers fan because of folks like you! Agree with your post completely, this Organization needs to change course quickly...and it all starts with finding the next young Emperor. So many defend Mike Dumblin, but it seems like many refuse to hold him accountable.

Without belief I suggest that people do something else with their Sundays.

The coaches put this team in a position to win yesterday. The players failed. Now if the Steelers loss like the Colts (shut out) did to the Jags then......

If the Steelers blew a 21 point lead like the Ravens then.....

This is the life of sports fans. Sports fans probably live with more disappointment than happy moments. Once you realize this then you can adjust your view. Be a pessimist or an optimist. Focus on the good or the bad. Hope for team improvement or believe the team will stay the same. Understand why the team loss or be miserable and blame everything on Tomlin. Each week brings different challenges.

The AFC champs are 0-2 right now. This is the life of a sports fans.

LOL @ this post!!! Here it comes, from the Mike Dumblin is a great coach crowd, the Steelers lost because....

    1. Ben
    2. The weather
    3. The front office
    4. The coordinators
    5. The players
    6. The fans
    7. The Steelers were distracted
    8. The refs
    9. Injuries

Did I miss any more excuses? Notice that with these Dumblin people, it's NEVER Mike's fault! Never, ever in my life have I seen a professional coach NOT be held accountable for anything more than Mike Dumblin...the sh!t that goes on with some of the fans and the media in Pittsburgh is crazy, it truly is.

We lost because the offense can’t move the ball specifically down the middle of the field.

I thought by having new players, that they wouldn't know about the inferiority of tomlin, when , it comes to playing NE. Tomlin view belicheat as an unbeatable idol (for a lack of a better term). This game was definitely winnable. Belicheat, coaches his team up. Tomlin, coaches his team ... to do the best that you can, because we are still growing ... lol
