They do Lease property from a bunch of other people 400 acres at one place

I sit on top of a hill so much of my property is to steep to farm or forested

Just curious. My Grandfather back in the day leased out about 200 acres a year 2 a nearby soybean farmer.
While He grew a couple hundred acres of rice,and soybeans Himself. I asked one time why He lease the other out....He said He didn't want 2 fool with it ......He had enough 2 do. LoL

 

I look at it as if I have a free landscaper taking care of part of my property

A mixture of Heinz mustard, and Louisiana hot sauce is the perfect dip for any fish.
Also a bit of honey mixed in if You like a bit of sweet, and hot.
