    I don’t think so, in years past sure, a running QB would get killed. Jackson has been in the league 4 years now? This is the first time I recall him missing significant time and I don’t think it came off a hit while running. Not sure on that.

    I want the QB with the most tools. I’d be overjoyed with a Herbert though. Those are also hard to come by.

    Pats getting well and truly spanked has already brightened my weekend!!

    Buffalo marching down the field for 7 TDs on 7 possessions is a big statement but I still feel there’s a bad game in them.

    If I’m honest, there’s not really anyone in the AFC who should feel too pressured. Could be anyone.

    I feel that GB and the Bucs are really the only two with high expectancy. Bucs cruised earlier and got the job done but I’ve got a sneaky feeling 49ers are hitting form right on time and are the ones to watch.


    I’m more confident now that we’ll make a game of it later and surprise a few, than what I was early this week.

    Could be the booze or could be law of averages with a few already taking a beating. Either way, role on 1.15!!!

    It won’t last. Even if it does, what other QB who is a runner 1st and passer 2nd has ever worked out? I’m not debating against more tools being better than fewer. I’m debating what tools should be prioritized.

    Also, you and I clearly disagree on what Jackson brings to the table as a QB. I think he’s a middle of the pack with his running ability, and probably a bottom 5-10 passer among starting QBs.

    Steelers aren't going to get to choose though. We need the best pocket passer we can get and if he can run it's a bonus. Mobility should be very low on the list of attributes for a QB. I think it's very high on Tomlin's list though.

    Simply. If You take away their legs can they still play Qb.
    Lamar. NO.
    J. Hurts NO
    R. Wilson YES
    J. Herbert YES
    J. Allen NO
    P. Mahomes YES
    Also when a Qb is based equal on leg,and arm more 2 worry about in injuries.
    I've seen many Qbs play with leg injuries.
    Lamar get a ankle sprain.....can't Qb for 4 weeks.
