I mean it HAS to start at the very top doesn't it? It can't be Tomlin because he is only still around because the Rooneys have kept him here.....

So far all votes have been for the Rooneys or Tomlin. Interesting...

Interesting? Not in the least as far as I am concerned. You can always delegate responsibilities, and good management always do, but not accountability. It's where the buck stops. Otherwise, its call scapegoating and things usually turn to, well, you know. JMO>

I've been wanting a new coach for years, but I don't blame Tomlin. He's doing his best (not good enough IMO) and he isn't going to voluntarily step down. Ownership needs to make that change.

    You should have included:

    Pressley Harvin III's shanked punt
    Diontae Johnson's fumble
    Todd Haley
    Devin Bush's ACL

because despite the fact Colbert is his boss it’s still all Tomlin’s fault. I know it makes zero ****ing sense. It’s raining outside everyone grab your pitchforks and stab the moon.

I don't think Colbert can fire Tomlin. I think that's on Rooney. Now as far as letting Tomlin hire his own staff that's probably on Colbert.

Pretty sure Tomlin, Colbert, and Khan all report to Rooney. Keeping Tomlin as the coach is not on Colbert at all.

well there is only one on the list that doesn't have a boss and that one person can dictate to all the others how the team can and should be run. for example , if mr rooney doesn't like show boating divas representing his team he can order it to stop. we blame mike tomlin for allowing the players to act like fools, but mr rooney allows mike tomlin to allow his players to act like fools. rooney is the admiral to mike tomlins captain.

Rooney. As many have said it starts from the top. There have been rumblings over the years of the minority owners wanting change and Rooney neglects their input. A couple have left and bought their own teams. The rooneys brought Ben here and have him the run of the offense even over OCs. This is allowed by rooney. There is trouble down throughout the club as well and others have underachieved under the guidance of Rooney without repercussions. He has to be the one.
