Ben is close to 40 years old, and Tom Brady he is not. You still seen to think he can play forever. I don't. It's over. Move on. As much as you think Ben still has gas in the tank, I think he's running on fumes, and will be coasting to a stop very soon.

It doesn't matter who it is. You can't keep pinning your hopes on an almost 40 year old QB that isn't Tom Brady. For example, the Ravens moved on from Joe Flacco because they knew it was over. The Chargers moved on from Philip Rivers because they knew it was over. Drew Brees walked away because it was over. We need to take a step towards the future, not keep trying to relive past glory.

 

Yes and Rivers was sign 2 Colts , Flacco was never that good, and I know some Ravens fan that want him back, Drew was forced out, bet they wish they didn't do that.
I would totally understand if Ben was having a P. Manning 9 Td- 17 ints year , but He's not. Everyone that watches football knows how bad our o line is....and Young our weapons are Hell DJ is the most experience with 3 whole years.....Yet He (Ben)still is 10th in Yards, 11 in Tds, and 22nd in turnovers.

 

Nobody ever said changing the qb will fix everything. Ben routinely misses on deep throws. Like seriously short on the majority of his deep passes. His timing and accuracy on short passes is generally terrible as well. Of course he puts up a decent quarter or half and you come along and praise him. Expecting everyone else to forget his garbage play for the prior three quarters. Ben had been playing for 17 years. He’s seen everything. He should know where the blitz is coming from and who the open receiver will be. At least that’s what a great quarterback does. Look at Brady. Blitz him and he will eat you alive. Ben stands there like a statue and tries to pump fake. The Vikings stacked the box in the first half. Dared Ben to beat them and he couldn’t do it. It wasNt all on him Thursday, but he definitely owns part of it. I bet you said similar things about ward and Troy. They were clearly done and the team did the right thing. The same should have been done with Ben.

 

Yeah he did that's what the whole yelling at the Wr coach on the sidelines was about. Can't throw 2 a guy not looking. Yeah . He got sacked 3 times in under 2 seconds. 2 seconds. Half our guy don't even get off the line that quick. Think instead of just posting.
