    Nice thick Ribeye's seasoned to perfection and grilled over a charcoal and hickory fire, Mid Rare. Baked Potatoes with fill your own toppings (bacon, chives, sour cream, shredded cheese and of course butta). Sauteed Broccoli in garlic and olive oil. Have to have a few Nathans Onion Rings to top the steaks...

    I'm with you. Been eating them forever and never once heard them called Nibs.

    Funny, he changed it to Nabs and I still never heard them called that.

    There is a new butcher shop near me that raises their own meat. They have thick well marbled ribeyes and pre made baked potatoes with all of the above.

    You have inspired a short road trip.
