Nope. Just tired of the Steelers offense sleep walking through 2 quarters.

Are the Steelers frustrating to watch? Yes. Is there a multiple game losing streak coming? Yes. Are they about where we thought they were at this point of the season? Yes. Is Heyward and TJ fun to watch? Yes. Is Najee fun to watch? Yes. Is Friermuth fun to watch? Yes. At least they are winning and have room for improvement. If they were winning, but not improving that would be typical Tomlin. And the season will probably end up with Typical Tomlin, but overall I have enjoyed the first half of the season.

 

The future HoF coach has a lot left to go. With no less than 8 wins per season, he’ll pass C Noll sometime in 2026.

 

I know a lot Don't like Tomlin, and I don't like everything He does, or Cowher did, or Noll did......, but....I have never seen this team just give up , and I have seen that a lot with bad coaches.
Just throwing that out there.
Congrats Tomlin. Got a lot 2 do 2 catch up with Noll still.

Yep. The commitment to mediocrity is strong with these owners. Tomlin is the Kirk Ferentz of the NFL. Just don't ever have a losing season and you'll be a legend in the eyes of the MTAS (Mike Tomlin Apologist Society).

 

Mytake that was a good "take" on the situation. Would have loved seeing a prime Ben with Friermuth and Najee and Claypoll.

MTAS is so classic man love it. If they even end up 9-8 which is obviously just a very blah season he should be credited. I mean this offense is downright terrible with Ben. They should be a 5/6 win team so he does deserve some credit.

 

Except Ferentz never made it to a championship game, or won a title .

 

Did TOMLIN do those things? It’s been so long feels like another lifetime.

You can say the same thing about Sean Payton, he won his only title the year after Tomlin won his.

 

You don't realize what you have until you loose it.

The reality is this prop also goes to Rooney and Colbert, not to mention the rest of Tomlin's supporting staff. Of course he has control over all except Rooney.

Us Steeler fans are a bit spoiled.
