It would be interesting to lock you in a room with Jason La Canfora.
(Not saying he is right, just that his opinion is different.)

I won’t go as far to say that it is the season. They can lose this game in Cleveland and then win the next 2 games against the Bears and Lions and get to 5-4 and still be in the mix. But there is no doubt a road win in Cleveland and within the AFC North and AFC Conference would be big time. There is a huge difference between being 4-3 and dropping the Browns to 4-4 as opposed to losing this game and dropping to 3-4 and the Browns improving to 5-3. So yes it’s a very important and critical game and it’s one the Steelers really need to win or there path to the playoffs will really get extremely difficult.

You also have to look at the final stretch of the season. This schedule after Detroit is brutal

Also, going 0-2 in the division followed by 2 NFC wins will do little to improve their playoff chances.

If they all lose their starting QB and can't score more than 17-ish, nobody. Otherwise, most of the teams will be tough for the Steelers to match in scoring. Plus, 5 of the last 8 are on the road.

I wouldn't dismiss the Rams, either. Their defense may not be as intimidating as last year's, but it's still good. And the offense has gotten the boost with Stafford.

    Baltimore 2X
    Cincy
    Cleveland
    KC
    Chargers
    Minny
    Titans

I could make a strong case everyone of those teams are better than the Steelers.

Grandpa I was simply listing the teams that he said wasn’t bad ass. And as I mentioned I could make a case that everyone of them are better than the Steelers

Minny and KC could be argued but it’s in Minny and KC and we will be underdogs in both. Hell I could see us be underdogs in every game after Detroit TBH

The Steelers haven't given up over thirty points in the regular season since 2019 I think.

They have a really good D, but it's going to have to play at 1976 levels to prop up this O. The Steelers have scored fewer than 20 in 7 of their last 12 games, only beating Baltimore's JV team in the process.

As his main train of thought I won’t take that to heart.

    AgIn, nothing of substance

If you are not still in high school, at some point they told you how far to the left of center you are on the bell curve, what was the answer

    Come on

It would help if the defense could start creating some turnovers, and give the offense some short fields to work with.

Mahomes is on track to play their next game, they said he cleared concussion protocol at the end of the Titans game.

For starters they need to get Spillane off the field and put Minkah back at FS where he can patrol the middle.

I believe We split at least with everyone in our division, and I don't fear KC, or Minnesota.

Maybe once Daylight Savings Time hits in the Spring. Even then I'd put the over/under at 9:17.. and take the under.
