    I agree with you on the no practicing is going invite the soft tissue injuries. You can't run the marathon without putting in the roadwork and you can't expect to win the prize fight without sparring. While some will complain about the huge contract and now an injury, TJ is young enough he will be fine. It may impact his shot at DMVP, but he will have other opportunities.

    I see him getting a second contract if he can stay on the field. No clue on if he would sign it or go play for $$$ on a lousy team.

    To each his own, I have followed the Steelers for over 50 years
    unless you are a franchise QB or superstar the Steelers are not going to offer
    a mediocre player big money. I should have stated in my original post big money 2nd contract.
    Bush is not going to get it unless his play improves 1000 percent. Must be a game changer he is not.
