Everyone is all doom and gloom because of TJ's saga but, and granted it was only preseason...But I really liked what I saw out of Jamir Jones...

If we truly did find a diamond in the rough AND TJ signs, We're gonna have mad depth...

    Watt, Highsmith, Ingram, Jones...Real nice!

Basically had Watt and Highsmith and that was it last year...This could "possibly" get the Starters more snaps off, and keep em fresher!

We had Dupree last year. Looking like we may have kept the wrong one maybe. :hmm:

Looks like he would have been cheaper than Watt. :)

Alvin isn't in the same zip code as TJ Watt. He was fortunate to have the best OLB on the other side.

I like what I saw from Jones, but Ingram would get the snaps before Jones

I think your going to see Tamir Jones active for game days.

If you study what Butler likes to do it is big on rotation. He is all about keeping his pass rush fresh.

Your going to see Watt, Highsmith, Ingram, and Jones all get shots at times to pass rush.

Lets hope we see lots of Jamir Jones, the young man can play.
I would like to see him converted to ILB.

I’d settle for him contributing unlike preseason studs we had in past years (Tuzar, Aditi, UG3…)

He’ll definitely be active and play most special teams snaps. He was the preseason leader in special teams tackles. I expect that defensive snaps will be harder for him to come by when Watt, Highsmith and Ingram are all healthy.

I guess we will see, but I'm hoping Dupree proves you wrong. Personally, I think he will.

Personally I don't follow players who are not donning the Black & Gold. I could care less.

It wasn't just having Watt on the other side, it was having Tuitt and Heyward, too. He's going to draw extra attention in Tennessee.

I try to keep up, but it is getting harder for me too. I can barely keep up with the Steelers,
and that is my only true focus of any sport now. I guess age can do this to you. I hope and would like to
get back to my interest in all sports, but I am just too tired to.

It wasn't said to keep Roche over Jones. I was saying to keep them both
