Did Devin Bush just call out his teammates?

I just had a look at his Twitter feed from the past week, guy is having some sort of weird meltdown, it’s totally out of character from what we know of him. I hope the team has a word with him and it ends soon. He needs to focus on his football.

 

This is the weird part. He’s been a low key guy for two yrs, and now he post strange, incoherent and tone deaf stuff. Is he making clumsy atttmpts to get on the social media gravy train that Juju and Claypool are on? Is he getting bad advice? Or does he have some deeper issues?

 

Yeah that’s what struck me, it’s like five days ago he just completely lost it. Very unusual behaviour.

 

Agreed. Let’s spread this rumor.

 

Regardless of his intentions of the tweet, the point remains the same aspect; the tweet should have never been made to begin with. Death, be it person or animal, should not be retweeted or, in this case, necrotweeted. That said, one key underlying story is coming from this.


I do understand that he was being facetious regarding others using Tik Tok and other forms of video based Social Media. That said, the timing of the video he posted was not just bad in terms of the video itself but also in terms of what others have been critiquing him of these past couple of days. Staying off of Twitter should probably be a good idea although I have ever reason to believe he will not.



Even so, as I said before and will again, fingers crossed for a bounce back season from him. He is needed for the Defense to shore up those outside stretch runs. Should he get injured like that again... oh boy.

 

I bet Bush would fail a drug test right now.

 

Ugh did we waste trading up for this guy?

 

I'll let you know after I see what he does on the field this year.

 

I was enjoying it because I'm not a fan of the pick, either, especially trading up for it. Dude better be a multi-season All-Pro.

 

Keep in mind the terms "aware of" and "aren't loving" are included here. I would imagine some form of discipline would be in the works in house though. Not a good look either way.

 

Nothing will happen. They've allowed this to fester long enough and now they can't stop it. I don't follow other teams Twitter, do they have these issues?

 

These types of issues?! Outside of Zaven Collins getting arrested, the Aaron Rodgers Saga in Green Bay and the usual noise the Dallas Cowboys make in every Offseason, not really. Keep in mind though that these are some of the more major events that transpired prior to this one. Plenty more events that have happened but none are as noteworthy as the aforementioned.

 

I don't know anything about Twitter, but Bush is making an ass out of himself with it.

I just reread my post comment here and I need to own my own hypocrisy. lol
I cry and whine about censorship but there still needs to be a warning before posting content that can be considered offensive.

A clip of a cat that dies is that example.

When I am handed over a stack of candidates to hire for a position already filtered by Human Resources....I use these third party tools
to look if the candidate has any affiliations with groups that post hate via politics and religion because the candidate will now represent..
(in this case the NFL and Steeler Organization)
Its not team JuJu nor Team Devon.

Devon and JuJu maybe just use social media as a "break your stones" entertainment platform and are not trying to hurt sensitive feelings but my point is where does the line get drawn and who is the audience.

Can you imagine Greg Lloyd or Lambert on Social Media? Yeah..I cant either. lol

Then again...maybe because I am 50..I dont understand this generation. lol

 

They're probably worried they have another Mr. Big Chest on their hands. Just reading his twitter feed over the weekend makes him look mentally unstable.

 

I have been a Bush fan since day 1, but this whole twitter deal has been very disturbing. I believe Rooney, Colbert, and Tomlin have to be a bit concerned over his off the field actions with this.

But going to year 3 coming off a serious knee injury, he has to prove on the field that he still has it, didn't regress or lose a step, year 3 is a big year in rookie deal, this is what springs you into that bigger more expensive contract discussion (I.E. Watt and Fitzpatrick)

Making poor social media choices does not enhance your value.

Either that or the dude is out trolling because something on social media set him off and angered him.

IDK but its not a good discussion to be having that is for sure.

He is sick and still can't cover receivers.

 

Bush's agent needs to tell him to clean this mess up ASAP. Have him release a statement that he didn't find any humour in the cat falling to it's death. He only re-posted it because he was so horrified by the video. Everyone will know that it is BS but still it is better than not addressing the tweet at all.
